Patexia, a fast-growing startup changing the world of intellectual property, is looking for candidates with a background in community management and recruitment to help create and execute innovative strategies to acquire new members and retain existing members.
The Patexia currently has a community of over 10,000 experts with diverse technical backgrounds located around the world. An ideal candidate will bring a creative approach to member acquisition with the flexibility to adapt strategically to different global markets. The goal of the position is to increase the size of this community by one order of magnitude using limited startup resources.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute new recruitment strategies and campaigns taking into account target markets and member types using a variety of channels
- Launch new campaigns to increase community engagement and participation for current members including strategies to reactivate old members
Skills and Personal Qualities
- A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing or related fields (or equivalent work experience)
- Demonstrated experience in web communications and marketing
- Detail oriented and analytical; reliable and responsive
- Positive mental attitude and quick learner
- Ability to identify, define goals and deliver results
- Excellent organization and time management
- Career oriented with desire for rapid growth
