Nishant Bora > Biography

Nishant is an independent legal practitioner based in India. He graduated with a B.Sc., LL.B. (IPR Hons.) degree from National Law University, Jodhpur in 2006. He has worked for top law firms like "Anand and Anand" & "Khaitan and Company". Currently, he is practicing independently as a core member of his own firm "Bora Law Offices". He is working extensively in the field of Intellectual Property and has contributed a number of articles for reputed journals such as World Trademark Review & CTLR to name a few.
