Dr. Pidkowich has experience in drafting U.S., Canadian, and PCT patent applications, and advises clients throughout subsequent patent prosecution in various jurisdictions, including Canada, Europe, the United States and Australia. Dr. Pidkowich regularly provides advice on patent-related issues such as patentability, validity and infringement. With several years of postdoctoral experience in life sciences and agricultural biotechnology, Dr. Pidkowich has published several peer-reviewed publications in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (U.S.A.) and the Plant Cell.
