Description
A top law firm has an immediate opening for a Patent Agent with an advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in molecular or cell biology, immunology, genetics, cell physiology/biophysics, biochemistry or a comparable life science field is required and 2 plus years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications for their Chicago, Kansas City, Los Angeles, San Francisco or Seattle office.

Additional Notes
- An advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in molecular or cell biology, immunology, genetics, cell physiology/biophysics, biochemistry or a comparable life science field is required
- 2 plus years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications for life sciences, biotech or pharmaceuticals inventions; and/or experience in biotech commercialization, such as university tech transfer, or industry commercialization/regulatory compliance.
