Federal Circuit Overturns PTAB, Restores Oracle Patent from Google Dispute

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit ruled Friday that the Patent Trial and Appeal Board erred when it invalidated Oracle patent claims on speeding up the execution of source code on a virtual machine.  The court remanded the case to the PTAB for further consideration.
