Ford Gets More Hybrid Vehicle Patent IPRs Instituted

The PTAB has granted Ford's most recent request for an inter partes review of a hybrid vehicle technology patent owned by Paice LLC. This decision follows two other institutions of requests filed by Ford by the Patent Trial and Appeal Board in recent weeks.
