Huawei Tops List of International Patent Filings

A recent WIPO study found that Huawei Technologies Co Ltd filed for the most international patents of any company in 2014. Second and third on the list were Qualcomm and ZTE, respectively. The WIPO report noted that while US companies lead the pack in total international patent filings, China was the only country to see double-digit growth in its year-over-year filings.
