Kyle Bass Files First IPR

Earlier this month Kyle Bass, the well-known manager of Dallas-based hedge fund Hayman Capital, fulfilled his promise of going after pharmaceutical patents with IPR. On February 10th an inter partes review petition of a patent related to Acorda Therapeutics MS drug Amprya was filed with the PTAB. Shares of Acorda dropped 9.65% the next day.
