Looking for a patent coordinator

Supports the management of the University’s confidential patent portfolio. Tracks patent prosecution matters on a case-by-case basis. Researches, compiles, organizes and presents information to licensing officers relevant to the patent portfolio; reports patent prosecution matters and billings to appropriate individuals within the department; develops Standard Operating Procedures for coordinating patent prosecution and legal review of the portfolio; establishes and maintains electronic files for patent applications and issued patents and technologies; interacts with legal representatives regarding TCO patent prosecution, procedures and billing matters; reviews invoices for consistency and accuracy in conjunction with licensing officer; creates summary detail reports to track invoices and follow individual fiscal activity by law firm or attorney.
