Motorola-Google deal done; new CEO in place

This morning Google announced that they have completed the $12.5 billion acquisition of Motorola, solidifying their newfound role as owners of an equipment manufacturing company. Google brought in a new CEO, replacing Sanjay Jha, who recently stepped down, with "long-time Googler Dennis Woodside takes over as CEO of Motorola Mobility." Woodside plans to focusing more intently on fewer projects in the company's near future.
