SEMI Updates Key Safety Guidelines for Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment

Today announced the cornerstone safety Standard S2 (Environmental, Health, and Safety Guideline for Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment) will be updated this month. SEMI S2 is one of the most widely-used safety-related documents in the industry. SEMI S2 provides a set of performance-based environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
