It's fair to say that expert testimony can be a very important factor in determining the outcome of a patent dispute. In some cases, the expert witness testimony can be the deciding factor in whether or not a patent is found to be valid, or whether or not it is being infringed.

Allen EhrlichSome great thoughts on trademarking a name. Also, I suggest keeping the name short and easy to pronounce. So many companies create names that are too long and not easy to say. To be remembered as a brand it has to roll off the customers tongue and easy to say and remember.
