Job Description:  

Patexia is a rapidly-growing, innovative Internet startup focused on advancing innovation and intellectual property research. We’re looking for Client Solutions Assistant with experience in data entry, salesforce and Google Spreadsheet to join our Client Solutions Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Web Research and documentation

  • Administrative work (email, LinkedIn, …)

  • Gathering data, analysis and data entry

Skills and Personal Qualities:

  • Proficient in Google Docs (spreadsheet, document, ...) and Salesforce

  • Good verbal and written English skills

  • Very organized and available for online (G-Chat / Skype) conference calls

  • Able to work from 9am to 5pm in pacific time zone (PST)
