Adobe Wins Key Patent Infringement Case

Adobe recently won a patent infringement lawsuit against Digital Reg of Texas, after two of the NPE's patents were ruled invalid during a jury trial in California. The patents were rendered invalid in the grounds of obviousness, and Adobe was judged to have not infringed the technology.
