Rolex, a renowned luxury watch brand, reports that it has purchased watches over the last few years from a website operated by Watchstyler. This website has been selling watches bearing Rolex's trademarks without authorization. Despite Watchstyler's claims of being a provider of custom parts for Rolex watches on its website, Rolex asserts that Watchstyler is not permitted to sell its watches. This violation is a critical point of contention in the lawsuit.
