With 276 cases filed against it over the past five years, Samsung Electronics takes the lead as the most targeted company in patent litigation. These cases involve a wide array of technologies, reflecting Samsung's diverse portfolio and its significant presence across various industries.

Alphabet Inc.: Google's Legal Battles
Following closely behind Samsung, Alphabet Inc., the parent company of Google, faced 275 patent litigation cases during the same period. Despite its reputation for innovation and formidable legal resources, Google finds itself entangled in numerous disputes over its intellectual property.

Apple Inc.: A Key Player in Legal Disputes
Apple Inc., renowned for its groundbreaking products and design innovations, isn't immune to legal scrutiny. With 224 cases filed against it, the Cupertino-based tech giant ranks third among the most targeted companies in patent litigation.
