- IP LITIGATION
Release Date: August 5, 2020
With more than 20,000 patent cases filed over the last five years, the number of district court patent cases are still quite high. While some changes such as PTAB/AIA and 101 have impacted the activity, there are signs that pendulum may be swinging back.
Due to the popular demand for our Patexia Insight Reports, many clients asked us to generate a similar report for district court patent litigation.
In response to that, we are preparing to release our first annual patent litigation report in early July of 2020.
While the report is currently being designed, we anticipate a similar structure and rankings of all stakeholders including attorneys, law firms, judges, plaintiffs and defendants. The rankings will be based on activity and performance for plaintiffs, defendants and overall.
We will provide an Excel file together with the report to cover the top 500 in different categories.
Note: If you are interested in all our Intelligence Reports including Patent Litigation, IPR, ITC, and Prosecution, consider Patexia Concierge Program which also provides your organization with online access to various stats related to all IP firms and attorneys.
